The interpreter appears in front of them on their screen ready to take their calling request, day or night. "This represents a mammoth and revolutionary improvement in service quality over the legacy technology of other companies which do not have instant access to VRS sign language interpreters but rely on an agent to answer the call and can place the caller on unlimited hold, which can last for as long as 15-20 minutes, says Lifelinks spokesperson Helmi Gomez."
