Custom Lot Sales Program Launched at Cary's Amberly Community
Raleigh, NC (PRWeb) March 23, 2007 -- Developers of the master planned Amberly community in Cary, N.C. have established a new program to allow homebuyers to purchase a homesite prior to selecting a custom builder.
"This program allows homebuyers to lock in a homesite in an exceptional Triangle-area community," said Bob Jones, general manager for Amberly and GS Companies' Raleigh division.
Those looking to purchase a home at Amberly will have the option to choose a custom home lot at The Peninsula at Amberly, a neighborhood featuring distinctive Raleigh homebuilders Royal Oaks Building Group and 1st American Homes.
"Amberly's custom lot program is ideal for those relocating from out-of-state, since selling a current home in some markets can require a much longer turnaround time," said Jones.
The 1/4 to 1/2-acre homesites will be priced from $119,000 and include Town of Cary utilities, including water and sewer services. Sales are being handled by Fonville Morisey Builder Marketing Group. Through the program, buyers must begin building by 2010.
In addition to 1st American and Royal Oaks Building Group, homebuyers will be able to select from estate custom homebuilders to be named at a later date.
