New Wakefield Development Company Coastal Community, Kingfish Bay, Announces Official Sales Center Opening
Calabash, N.C. (PRWEB) May 26, 2007 -- Kingfish Bay, the newest master-planned community from Wakefield Development Company's Coastal Division, has opened its new on-site sales center in Calabash, N.C. Located along the Calabash River, Kingfish Bay will be a gated community featuring 480 units in a mix of townhomes, and garden and waterview villas.

These amenities will be built with the first phase of homes at Kingfish Bay. Pre-construction prices will begin in the high $200s.
