In light of the recent news I understand to be a ban by the United States military and many educational institutions around the world of several popular community networking sites, OneMainStreetUSA has come up with an idea. The idea is simple, OneMainStreetUSA will give the department of defense and the department of education Administrative control over the OneMainStreetUSA community. What this means is that the military and schools may, at their discretion, enter into the community and have the ability to remove unwanted users, moderate chats, examine databases and most important, have an active say in the structure and content of the community.

The OneMainStreetUSA community has always kept high standards of morality and would be proud to offer our services to those looking to communicate with family, friends and the rest of the world. All administrative, moderator and FTP users of the OneMainStreetUSA community will be verified prior to access of any control over the community. Concerned parents will also be allowed moderator control if they meet the parental moderation criteria we have put in place. Military and student users can use The Apartments to communicate, learn or just have fun in a manner that is acceptable to all. The OneMainStreetUSA admin team feel that it is important for students to learn how to write in HTML or FTP media files around. People are unaware of the learning that takes place on community web sites. Users write blogs and articles which are becoming more recognized by the mainstream media every day. Users often create custom profile pages for themselves that are written Primarily in HTML, some users even go as far as to learn a little Java or CSS to give function to their pages.

The world is becoming more and more computer oriented and why should we let a few bad apples ruin it for everyone, so why not take OneMainStreetUSA up on its offer and allow students and military personnel to use a privately owned web community site that has the protection and guidance of The Department of defense, The Department of Education and Parents. we ?OneMainStreetUSA? don?t know if just saying these things matters or not but we ?OneMainStreetUSA? mean it, we are happy to have the guidance of the Government and any parent or organization that might want to take an interest in what their users or kids are doing on the web.
