?Even though the national real estate market has been facing hard times, the market is still strong in Huntley? says Hall. In 2006 The Huntley Real Estate market showed an average of 82 days on the market and an average sale price of $247,748. Year to date for 2007, the Huntley Real Estate market is showing an average of 94 days on the market and an average sale price of $242,170.

Huntley is expected to continue progressing toward its projected economic and residential growth throughout 2007 and 2008. Development is currently underway for the new commercial/retail developments entering the route 47 corridor in Huntley.
