? Herbal baths. Place 2 to 4 of your favorite herbs in a reusable tea bag and put it into the bathtub. Make sure that you are not using any herbs that may cause inflammation. It can also be used as a loofa.
? Herbal extracts. The ratio must be 1 ounce of the herbs and 4 ounces of brandy or vodka. Place it on a tightly sealed bottle. Put alcohol into the herbs but ensure these are covered completely. Let the mixture age in 6 weeks but shake it slightly, everyday.
However, if there is a need to add more alcohol just to ensure that the container is still filled with the liquid, you can do so. Put it away from the sunlight and after 6 weeks, drain it and use it as directed.
On the other hand, alternative medicines are use in exchange of conventional medicines. An example of this is using a special diet in treating cancer rather than undergoing a chemotherapy, surgery or radiation as recommended by a doctor.
