Collaborative Law, Collaborative Coaching In The GLBT Community
Collaborative law is a process that has been used in the GLBT community for resolving issues between partners and/or co-parents who want permanent, legal separation. This is especially valuable because it circumvents the use of court judges to adjudicate issues of separation where the law has yet to be tested sufficiently for case law to have arrived at reasonable solutions to the issues of rights of community property in domestic partnerships and to healthy resolution of custody and visitation rights in GLBT families. When litigated, these issues can easily wind up taking large amounts of time over the complexity of case law, cost substantial amounts of money for legal advocacy, and cause complicated, long lasting emotional consternation.

Ipsen tells FDN host Leslie Dutton how criminals who are sentenced to prison are now being released after serving only half, or less, of their sentences due to California politics. He says elected officials, who oppose the Three Strikes law, have for the past ten years, blocked building new prisons, causing massive overcrowding and early releases.

Internet Marketing: Blog In A Jiffy
Internet marketing and blogging go almost hand-in-hand. Not only are blogs great for getting the word about your niche and your website out to the universe, but they help you to get search engine ranking, and blogging is fun and simple to do. But if you want a blog, now or in the future, you need to think about that before you acquire web hosting, as we discussed in an earlier "Getting Started with Internet Marketing" article. If you aren't techy enough to install a MySQL database (and if you're new, trust me, you probably can't do this), then you'll want to find cPanel web hosting with Fantastico. From there, getting a WordPress blog up and running is very simple to do.
