The smaller your business is the better chance you have of creating an image that every business tries as hard as it can to emulate: the friendly, family run business connected to the community.

It shouldnt be any surprise that this image is so sought after. People are inclined to turn their attention away from the massive, faceless corporations. No company wants to be labeled as the uncaring company who isnt at all connected to the community theyre trying to do business in.
